  Giving it one star because they found my house. AlthoughI was told between 10 and 2, they showed at 3:30 after I called the shop asking what was going on. I bought a new shower handle, spout and head that required a new 4 way valve to be installed (which was included in the box from home depot). Stopped by their shop in Marysville and the lady in the office, who was pleasant and knowledgeable, told me I'd likely need a professional to install this. She quoted me about an hour of labor at $165 p/h so I scheduled it. I already had all the studs and old plumbing completely exposed for them. What happened next is complicated but to sum it up, they installed it to the wrong depth at the spout and the handle. I had to remove what they did and relocate it to the correct depth. I cleaned up after them too. The head guy said they were journeymen and we're $250 each and handed me a bill for almost $600. I said absolutely NOT! I paid $165 plus tax and materials totalling about $250. I was pissed I had to redo their work so I went into the office and their boss totally defended them, gave me a new wax ring for free (rightly so) cause they carelessly stepped on mine and said he would talk to them about the work and call me back. I waited a few days before I just did the work myself. All the while, we're showering at a friend's house while waiting for them to call. I suggest hiring anyone other than browns. I feel like sending them a bill for my time too
