  Where to start. On their customer experience piece it’s either a hit or miss. We have spent A LOT of money here in the pass month buying a washer & dryer, over the range microwave, flooring and many other items that working with some of these people here have made it a nightmare. My wife had to go back many times because the lady at the appliance depart messed up our order so many times and spent time trying to fix it and the person who “fixed it” didn’t really fix it and created a bigger mess but apparently he didn’t care too much because he was leaving the company anyway. Ordering flooring was a nightmare and a half because the quote and carpet we started off with was delayed longer than we were originally told and they tried to offer us a “solution” by offering us carpet that they had in stock that conveniently was priced at $1,000+ more. We had a few other hiccups a long the way but long story short always takes names of the people that help you good or bad because if you need it for whatever reason; it will be easier to get your problem handled if so.
