  A one day install of a stereo and backup camera was going into day 3. I ended up picking it up late on day 2 because the job was not getting finished and needed the truck. What the owner said next makes me furious. He made my wife feel bad by saying in front of us that the stereo my wife bought me for my birthday is something he would never sell and gave a few reasons why. My wife felt really bad after that comment. He also said he would never typically install a stereo when there's what he says 'hokey' wiring done in the past. All i asked him was why my radar detector and car video recorder was not working anymore after i got the truck back. Those wires ran on the side and has nothing to do with installing the stereo. I had them plugged into cigarette lighter adapters in case the stop working and i can return them for a refund or sell them in the future. I would not recommend this business and look down the road were there are plenty of other competitors out there. I even gave this guy a $30 tip for work that was not complete. I wasn't going to wait 3 days to have a somewhat simple job done.. He originally told Me on the first phone call that it would take an afternoon to get done. He also quoted me on the drop-off of the truck that it would be $450.00.. I ended up paying $530.00 plus tax.
